Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No shift work or rotations)
Compensation: $40.00 – $47.50 per hour (Based on experience)

Responsibilities
Perform high-quality welds primarily in flat and horizontal positions.
Utilize FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and MCAW (Metal-Cored Arc Welding) processes to meet project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace while mentoring apprentice welders as needed.
Ensure all work meets CWB standards and internal quality control requirements."
Qualifications
Journeyman Red Seal or Provincial Ticket is required.
Valid CWB Tickets in FCAW and MCAW processes.
Proven experience in a shop fabrication environment.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high weld integrity.
Reliable transportation to Ardrossan (not accessible by public transit).
Strong commitment to workplace safety and punctuality."
