Join a leading Western Australian State Government organisation supporting a major platform replacement initiative. This part time role offers a 6 month initial contract with strong extension potential, working 25 hours per week from 12:00 pm to 5:00.
The Role
Working directly with the Quality Assurance Lead during an active User Acceptance Testing phase, you will ensure high volume test data remains accurate, complete, and fully compliant with governance standards. Your daily focus centers on handling source data, performing numerical reconciliations, investigating exceptions, and maintaining reliable audit trails under strict operational deadlines.
The Tech Stack & Environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel for numerical balancing, cross matching, and formula validation
- Structured database environments and custom testing management tools
- Ticket tracking, clear file governance, and comprehensive recordkeeping systems
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience handling data administration, data entry, and numerical reconciliations
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong investigative and problem solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
