We are seeking a focused Data Entry Officer to step into a pivotal contract role. Reporting directly to the General Manager for Engineering, you will be the administrative backbone of the department, ensuring critical operational metrics keep pace with their expanding production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Production Logging: Inputting daily manufacturing volumes, batch numbers, and engineering metrics into internal tracking systems.
Spreadsheet Optimisation: Maintaining and updating Excel data sheets to give the engineering team real-time operational visibility.
Document Control: Managing and archiving daily technical paperwork into structured digital filing systems.
What You Bring
Proven Data Entry Background: Demonstrated experience processing high-volume alphanumeric data (experience in engineering, manufacturing, or logistics is highly regarded).
Strong Excel Skills: Competency navigating spreadsheets, utilising basic formulas, and organising information efficiently.
Precision under Pressure: A fast typing speed coupled with a meticulous eye for detail to ensure near-zero error rates.
