Responsibilities
• Retrieve individual medical record files from heavy storage document cartons (30–50 lbs) on a structured timetable.
• Accurately review, identify, and extract designated medical data fields from physical documents.
• Key data rapidly into client database systems, maintaining a verified rate of 10,000 keystrokes per hour (kph).
• Execute 100% accurate data entry confirmed through mandatory double-key verification routines.
• Safely carry 30–50 lb document cartons to and from storage pallets and computer workstations across distances up to 20 feet.
• Lift, lower, and stack document cartons on pallets.
• Return processed files to their corresponding storage boxes in precise numerical/alphabetical sequence.
• Adhere continuously to all workplace health, safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines within the manufacturing & logistics facility.
Qualifications
• Proven track record in data entry, clerical work, or light industrial document management.
• Demonstrated typing speed of 10,000+ keystrokes per hour (kph).
• Ability to consistently lift, carry, lower, and push/pull document cartons weighing between 30 lbs and 50 lbs.
• Possess steel-toed safety shoes.
• Full physical ability to perform continuous computer keying from a seated position (95% of work time) and lifting (5% of work time).
