To join Bidfood as a Delivery Assistant, you meet the following criteria:
- You are available at least 4 days a week
- You are able to work between 06:00 AM and 03:00 PM
- You are physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy products
- You are customer-friendly
- You have your own transport to get to Helmond
- You are able to work every other Saturday
- You are at least 18 years old
Together with the driver, you will load the truck with catering orders:
- You carefully check the load before departure
- You deliver the food and drinks to customers neatly and on time
- You unload the goods at the customer's location
- You support the driver on the road as an extra pair of eyes in traffic
- Upon return to Helmond, you briefly debrief the day with the team leader
As a Delivery Assistant at Bidfood, you will be working for one of the largest hospitality wholesalers in the Netherlands. Together with over 2,000 colleagues, you ensure the daily delivery of food and drinks. Bidfood supplies more than 25,000 customers, ranging from local snack bars to luxury hotels. You will be doing this from Helmond, where you will become an important part of the logistics team.
