About the Role

An opportunity to join a leading professional services firm to drive, enhance, and govern the digital platforms supporting their Clients & Markets strategy. In this dual-engagement position, you will bridge the gap between IT & Digital and business teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions that improve business processes, automate workflows, and maximise the value of technology investments.

Key Criteria

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Insights Journeys.
• Strong HTML and CSS skills with proven experience developing responsive digital communications and email templates.
• Experience working with Storyblok or similar headless CMS platforms.
• Familiarity supporting Templafy environments (templates, assets, APIs) is highly regarded.
• Core understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Background supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Practical understanding of APIs, connected cloud services, and standard integrations (SendGrid, SuccessFactors, SharePoint).
• Experience with structured deployment processes across Dev, UAT, and Production environments, including handling Microsoft Wave updates.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge technical requirements and business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Advice: Deliver strategic insight and technical support across the Clients & Markets technology ecosystem to boost automation, business capability, and user adoption.
• Platform Development & Management: Administer, build, and continuously enhance digital applications including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Storyblok, SharePoint Online, Templafy, and PoliteMail.
• Campaign & Automation Delivery: Design and deploy CRM campaigns, tailored customer journeys, Power Apps, automated workflows, and responsive HTML communications.
• CMS & Asset Administration: Maintain and publish digital content via Storyblok CMS, manage SharePoint Online content architectures, and oversee Templafy templates, assets, APIs, and user support.
• Integrations & Monitoring: Monitor and optimise API integrations and connected third-party services like SendGrid and SuccessFactors.
• Systems Governance & Testing: Coordinate release management, Microsoft Wave updates, testing, and deployments across Development, UAT, and Production environments while keeping strict governance and change management standards.
• User Enablement & Support: Provide technical assistance, construct documentation, and deliver training to foster adoption, capability, and business continuity.
