Responsibilities
Wash dishes, glassware, and flatware in a properly maintained dish machine and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils by hand.
Clean, operate, and maintain equipment according to safety, health, and sanitation laws and guidelines.
Maintain a clean environment by removing all used dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and trays to the dish room promptly.
Return sanitized items to the prep and serving areas once clean to ensure continuous workflow.
Follow all food handling, health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations and guidelines.
Remove and empty trash following waste management and environmental policies.
Ensure the proper use and storage of chemicals for dishwashing equipment and general cleaning.
Perform Dish Room opening and closing routines as assigned by the supervisor.
Provide visitors with a positive experience by ensuring guest convenience standards are met.
Use available resources to update knowledge on Food Service products and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Availability: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience: 1 year of food service industry experience is preferred.
Food Handler Certification: You are either certified, or have the ability to attain, a local food handlers certificate.
Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Customer Focus: You have a genuine passion for helping people and providing a great customer experience.
Team Player: You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
