Job Summary

This position dispatches drivers with loads, coordinates overflows. He/She manages yard duties, assigning trailer movement to shifters around the yard and in the unload during the sort with multiple shifters.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Dispatches loads throughout the feeder network based on different service levels, time in transit, and sort indicators. Drafting and providing CMR to drivers. Checking CMR of arriving loads against system data.
• Taking care of accurate information entries in UPS Feeder Dispatch operating systems and dispatch files. Preparing all required documents for drivers.

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• 
  
• Accurate and rapid data entry.

Wage: Monthly base +/- 3,346.80 euros

Motive for temp labor: Regular dispatch employee replacement.
