Role Overview
- Position: Doctor / Duty Medical Officer (DMO)
- Location: Pune (Clinic Network)
- Experience: 0 - 10 years (Freshers with strong clinical aptitude are encouraged to apply)
- Qualification: MBBS from a recognized institution with valid NMC/MCI registration
- Schedule: Rotational shifts & workdays as per organizational roster
As a DMO, you will play a central role in delivering frontline clinical care and supporting integrated clinic operations:
- Direct Patient Care: Conduct preliminary assessments, triage cases based on clinical urgency, and track patient progress.
- Patient Counseling: Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, lab investigations, and follow-ups.
- Clinical Tele-Coordination: Handle inbound/outbound patient calls (follow-ups, feedback, appointment scheduling, and emergency support), including rotational call-center clinical coordination.
- Digital Documentation: Maintain accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR), SOAP notes, and clinical summaries in line with NABH standards.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with consultants, nursing teams, allied health staff, and clinic operations.
- Outreach & Mobility: Perform home visits, manage prescriptions, and travel between clinic locations within the network as required.
- Active NMC/MCI registration.
- Strong clinical triaging and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and patient-handling abilities.
- Good adaptability to digital healthcare tools and EMR systems.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and travel locally for clinic network/home visit needs.
