Scope of Responsibilities:
Data Quality:
- Review customer information and supporting documentation required for the completion and upload to customer relationship management tool
- Update propriety systems with collected information and documentation to ensure completeness
- Perform data quality assurance checks on customer profiles & data
Client Onboarding and Maintenance:
- Conduct customer risk assessment; support customer onboarding and periodic reviews in compliance with Firm’s policies and operational procedures as well as external regulatory requirements
- Investigate, escalate and resolve name screening monitoring alerts and queries
- Ensure completeness of CDD information and supporting documentation
- Perform AML internal controls and address blocking issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or economics
- 2-3 years’ experience within the financial services industry
- Good knowledge of capital markets and AML knowledge within Asia Pacific region
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel applications, with knowledge of macro, VBA, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI etc. being advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
