As a Dutch Customer Advisor - Hospitality Tech, you will have the opportunity to:

• Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and WhatsApp channels.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Develop strong product knowledge to provide accurate technical support.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards.
• Escalate technical issues and complex billing requests to the appropriate internal teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting operational KPIs and SLAs.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or customer relations environments.

• Dutch on C1 level minimum
• English on B2 level minimum
