We are currently recruiting enthusiastic ECTs to support primary schools with day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply cover. This role is ideal for teachers who want flexibility, exposure to a range of schools, and the opportunity to develop their teaching practice while delivering high-quality lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
The Role
- Lesson Delivery: Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 (depending on your preference).
- Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive learning environment and managing pupil behaviour effectively.
- Continuity: Ensuring high standards of learning are maintained during the regular teacher's absence.
- Adaptability: Quickly adjusting to different school settings, cultures, and daily routines.
- Flexibility: Working on a schedule that fits your personal availability.

Requirements
