As a Community Relations Executive, you are the bridge between families and their future education goals. This is not a cold-calling role; it is a high-touch relationship management position where you will:
Act as a trusted advisor to Thai families, understanding their unique needs.
Re-engage warm leads from our existing database, guiding them toward the right services.
Nurture a loyal community, turning happy families into advocates who refer friends and relatives.
Manage the full enrolment journey, ensuring enquiries convert into confirmed consultations and signed agreements.
skills and requirements
Must be fluent in Thai for client-facing communication with Thai clients
2+ years of experience in education consultancy, preferably working with parents.
Remote Readiness: Self-driven and organized, capable of working independently from Malaysia or Thailand while managing leads via CRM tools.
