Randstad is seeking an experienced and capable Supervisor / Electrician to support and lead projects across Hobart. This position offers a balanced mix of hands-on electrical work and site supervision, providing both leadership responsibility and practical engagement.

In this role, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will also remain actively involved on the tools for approximately 50% of your workload.

What you’ll be doing:

Running sites and coordinating day-to-day operations
50/50 role including time on the tools
Leading and mentoring electricians and apprentices
Liaising with clients, builders, and subcontractors
Ensuring jobs are done safely, properly, and on time
Reading plans, scheduling, and keeping workflows tight

What you’ll bring:

Licensed electrician (A-Grade) Cert III or higher
Strong site supervision or leading hand experience
Strong commitment to safety
Good communication, good attitude, and pride in doing things properly
Drivers licence
Ability to pass drug and alcohol pre-employment assessments
