Programming & Optimization: Program and optimize major brand PLCs to ensure maximum production flow.
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Perform precise diagnostics and rapid repairs on automated and robotic systems to minimize downtime.
Installation: Install and configure new industrial robots, including adjusting trajectories and motion sequences.
Maintenance: Keep electrical schematics up to date using design software and ensure rigorous calibration of various sensors.
HMI Development: Develop and improve HMI interfaces to provide an intuitive user experience for floor operators.
System Integration: Assist in commissioning new systems by integrating the latest industrial communication protocols.
Qualifications
Requirements
Education & Certification: Must hold a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or an AEC in Automation or Industrial Electronics, paired with a valid License C.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of solid, relevant experience in a similar role involving complex systems.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in PLCs and a natural aptitude for industrial robotics.
Soft Skills: High level of autonomy and sharp analytical skills to solve diverse technical challenges.
General Maintenance Knowledge: Basic understanding of building mechanics, including electrical and plumbing concepts.
Language: Ability to communicate effectively in French to collaborate with various technical partners.
