key responsibilities
- Prendre en charge l'émission des factures clients, la relance des impayés et le suivi rigoureux des dossiers de marchandises endommagées ou manquantes.
- Assurer un accueil client chaleureux par la prise d'appels, le traitement qualitatif des e-mails et l'enregistrement précis des commandes.
- Réaliser la pré-comptabilité de l'entreprise en triant, classant et transmettant les factures fournisseurs au cabinet comptable.
- Assurer la gestion quotidienne et l'encodage des prestations des chauffeurs.
