This role fits in the People Development and Experience Team. The mission of the People Development and Experience team is to activate OutSystems culture through development, learning and employee experience solutions that foster people engagement.
The Employee Experience Specialist is expected to propose and execute experience initiatives or programs across the globe or locally, to ensure a consistent and world-class employee experience that nurtures OutSystems culture via a sense of belonging. They are also expected to monitor activity-related metrics.
This role will be responsible for the office experience and day-to-day operational support of the Braga Office, acting as a local office manager. This includes liaising with maintenance teams and external vendors to ensure the office runs smoothly and provides a positive, functional, and welcoming environment for employees.
The ideal candidate is a people partner that is agile, and knowledgeable across HR systems, programs and functions. They are an action-oriented individual who will work across our global business units.
