A Randstad está a recrutar um Engenheiro Orçamentista para integração direta num Cliente que atua no setor da Engenharia e Construção.

key responsibilities
- Analisar e estudar cadernos de encargos e projetos de grande dimensão e complexidade técnica;
- Elaborar estimativas de custos detalhadas, realizar consultas de mercado a fornecedores e proceder ao fecho de orçamentos;
- Identificar riscos e oportunidades em fase de concurso, propondo soluções técnicas alternativas e otimizações de custos;
- Preparar e estruturar as propostas técnicas e comerciais para concursos públicos e privados.
skills
- Formação Superior em Engenharia Civil ou área académica equivalente;
- Experiência profissional consolidada em funções de orçamentação e preparação de propostas para obras de grande porte (infraestruturas, edifícios complexos ou vertente industrial);
- Domínio de ferramentas informáticas de orçamentação e medição;
- Elevada capacidade analítica, rigor no cumprimento de prazos e forte sentido de organização.
