Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and manage program and project requirements, plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Drive execution of multiple concurrent programs and projects with varying levels of complexity and cross?organizational impact.
Support managers and business owners in planning, executing, and tracking programs and initiatives.
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early; proactively define mitigation plans and drive resolution.
Ensure structured documentation, status reporting, and clear handover materials for all owned initiatives.
Support partner enablement initiatives, in alignment with Enterprise Partner Solutions team priorities.
Coordinate enablement activities with internal stakeholders (EPS, SME&C) and external partners.
Track partner readiness, engagement activities, and follow?ups.
Support communication, execution, and reporting for partner programs, incentives, and initiatives.
Own end?to?end operational management of partner events (e.g., Partner Townhalls, Partner Days, Partner Enablement Sessions).
Coordinate agendas, speakers, timelines, logistics, and communications with internal teams and partners.
Manage event execution, follow?ups, action tracking, and post?event reporting.
Manage Purchase Orders (PO) processes related to partner programs, events, and vendor engagements.
Support all SAP?related deals in collaboration with Account Teams, Finance, ECIF Ops, Deal Desk, and partners.
Manage and track deal?related processes including:
Deal registrations
ECIF support activities
Referrals and MACC decrement tracking
Compliance, timelines and documentation
Maintain structured deal tracking and status updates.
Act as a coordination point between Microsoft, partners, and customers to ensure alignment and process adherence.
Proactively follow up on missing information, approvals, and deadlines.
Ensure professional, clear, and timely communications internally and externally.
Skills & Qualifications
Multiple years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working in the software, technology, or cloud services industry.
Good understanding of Microsoft products, services, and partner ecosystem (preferred).
Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Excellent cross?team, cross?organization collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem?solving skills; ability to anticipate risks and identify solutions.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast?paced, matrixed environment with changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Experience with collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel?based trackers).
Familiarity with deal tracking, financial processes, and compliance?driven workflows is a strong advantage.
