Job Title: Technical Trainer Electric Vehicles (EV)
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient EV Trainer to join our educational team. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between engineering theory and real-world application, teaching students the intricacies of Electric Vehicle technology. This role is ideal for an EV Engineer looking to transition into mentorship or an experienced trainer with a deep passion for the future of mobility.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on practical sessions for students on EV architecture, battery systems, and powertrain components.
- Curriculum Development: Update and refine training modules, including PPTs, lab manuals, and assessment papers, to keep pace with 2026 industry standards.
- Hands-on Mentorship: Guide students through practical workshops involving battery assembly, motor testing, and diagnostic tool usage.
- Student Assessment: Design and evaluate periodic tests and final projects to ensure learning outcomes are met.
- Field Travel: Travel to various training centers or partner institutions within the city to deliver on-site training as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: * Minimum 6 months of experience as an EV Trainer OR an EV Engineer.
- Strong background in EV systems (2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, or 4-wheelers).
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (Automobile specialization is a plus).
- Technical Skills: * Solid understanding of BMS (Battery Management Systems), BLDC/PMSM Motors, and Motor Controllers.
- Familiarity with EV charging protocols and high-voltage safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of diagnostic tools (CAN communication, Multimeters, etc.).
- Soft Skills: * Excellent public speaking and the ability to simplify complex technical jargon for students.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple batches.
- Mobility: open to travel within the city for scheduled training sessions.
