Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will lead the administrative operations of the CEO's office, ensuring successful business performance and alignment with strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
Executive Diary Management: Oversee the CEO's complex diary, schedule high-priority meetings, resolve scheduling clashes, and strategically allocate time for meeting preparation and report reviews.
Board & Committee Support: Provide end-to-end support for executive and board-level committees, including coordinating inputs, preparing agendas, taking precise minutes, maintaining version control, and diligently following up on action registers.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary gatekeeper and key liaison point for internal and external stakeholders, providing exemplary service, maintaining strict confidentiality, and representing the CEO's office with the utmost professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience:
Substantial experience supporting a senior corporate leader or CEO.
Proven experience working within a State Government department, agency, or public sector environment.

Exceptional Communication: Written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of creating quality business plans, executive correspondence, and board-ready reports.
