- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
- Prepare and process vendor bills, payments, and employee reimbursements
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and assist during audits
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Com
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts & finance (EPC industry)
