You understand the importance of reliability and discretion in a professional environment and you communicate clearly with colleagues, suppliers and visitors.

Preferably starting 4/5 schedule, with flexible working hours based on workload
Very occasional weekend availability
Comfortable with physical work such as lifting, moving and unloading materials
Practical problem-solver with strong ownership and follow-through
Able to work independently without a fixed workstation
Adaptable and open to shifting priorities day to day
Professional, trustworthy and discreet
Strong interpersonal skills; approachable and supportive mindset
Good level of English is an advantage
