The EUV Factory is scaling rapidly due to increasing production demands and continuous product introductions. In this dynamic environment, the Facilities Project Lead secures the long-term and short-term availability of essential manufacturing infrastructure. You bridge the gap between development requirements, manufacturing teams, and corporate real estate partners to realize complex engineering goals.
Your key responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple large-scale new build and rebuild projects (CAPEX €10M+) within the EUV Factory.
• Translate data regarding equipment dimensions, utility consumption, and connections into definitive facility designs.
• Guide the end-to-end engineering and design process in close collaboration with building partners and Corporate Real Estate.
• Drive concurrent engineering processes to implement continuous design changes within an active, running factory.
• Manage the scope change process proactively, keeping tight control over planning, budget, and local government building restrictions.
