Ensure the facility is cleaned and checklist is maintained as per the SLA/SOW of the company. To take daily walkthrough's and prepare DR's.

Ensure booking of meeting/conference/trainings/workshops support to the business team and ensure end to end logistics.
To ensure customer/visitors visits goes smoothly and hospitality is taken care and Ensure front office is well managed, professional presentation and welcome gestures and guidance to respective Business.
To coordinate with requestor in arranging for events / hi-tea arrangements / birthday's / team outing / recreations inside offices
