As the linking pin in product development, you will work together with various stakeholders across Friesland Campina, including Marketing and Sales, Operations, Technology and QA. On top of that, you will also have contact with external suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Vacancy Description
As development specialist your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the translation of business needs into the development and implementation of new products and product changes in the factory in cooperation with Marketing, Operations and QA.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of technical solutions to maintain and improve the quality of existing products in cooperation with QA, Operations and Expert Teams.
- Coordination of product tests on lab, pilot and production scales, includes analysis and interpretation of results incorporated in well-written reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and peers.
