・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
・Strong organizational and time management skills.
・Willingness to travel domestically (30-70%).
・Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
・Fluent Japanese and business-level English.
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
