About the Opportunity We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Final Trim Grader and Excavator Operators on behalf of our client for ongoing civil construction projects based in Townsville and throughout regional Northern Queensland.

What You Will Be Doing
- Operating Graders and/or Excavators on civil construction sites to final trim specifications.
- Utilising GPS machine control systems (Trimble or similar) to achieve precise grades and levels.
- Working collaboratively with ground crews, site supervisors, and other plant operators to ensure project deadlines are met safely and efficiently.
- Conducting daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance of machinery.
- Adhering strictly to site safety and environmental regulations.
Key Requirements To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
- Demonstrated Civil Experience: Proven history working as a Final Trim Grader or Excavator Operator within the civil construction industry.
- GPS Proficiency: Hands-on experience operating with Trimble or similar GPS guidance systems is essential.
- Location Flexibility: Must be based in or willing to travel/work across Townsville and regional Northern Queensland.
- Transport: A current driver's license and your own reliable working vehicle.
- Safety Focused: Ability to strictly adhere to OHS standards and successfully pass a mandatory pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
- Working Rights: You must have the legal right to live and work in Australia.
