Your Duties:
- End-to-end management of incoming Accounts Payable invoices, including coding, receipting,
...
and matching against purchase orders
• Creation, coding, and administration of new purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics across all
WA locations
• Monitoring, tracking, and reconciliation of open invoices and purchase orders from prior
reporting periods
• Supporting the accounting team with financial close processes and related administrative
activities
• Managing procurement requirements for office-based teams and general operational
purchasing
• Providing administrative support to the Projects team, including purchase order creation and
invoice management
About you:
- Experience with processing credits (essential)
- AR and AP experience (essential)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
