The responsibilities of the finance administrator are :

• Collect and post invoices in the ERP system, based on company’s policies, accurately and within deadlines
• Check that appropriate approvals are obtained for accounting purposes
• File appropriate documents
• Participate in month end closing reporting processes
• Perform other duties as assigned
