求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
・Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
・Excellent communication and presentation skills.
・Business level or higher proficiency in English and Japanese.
・Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
・CPA or similar professional certification (preferred).
・Experience working in a multinational corporation (preferred).
・Strong understanding of Japanese accounting standards (preferred).
