About the Opportunity
In this newly created Finance Analyst role, you will be reporting to the Group Financial Controller. you will co-lead the business partnering function for the Sales and Operations departments. This is a critical, hybrid role focused on driving growth, providing strategic insight, and enhancing revenue and cost projections.
Your key deliverables will include:
Providing strategic insights and clear recommendations on critical sales and cost metrics to the Sales and Supply Chain teams.
Owning the implementation of new SOPs and digital capabilities for the function, including developing and maintaining business performance dashboards and KPIs.
Overseeing the development, implementation, and reporting of budgets with a focus on enhancing accuracy in revenue streams and cost projections.
Ensuring appropriate internal control processes and approval workflows are in place for all discretionary spending, pricing changes, and rebates.
Proactively resolving all audit points, establishing early warnings for potential cost overruns, and applying a challenging mindset to processes and financial results.
Ensuring adherence to finance rules, local tax and statutory regulations, and internal transfer pricing policies.
Ideal Profile:
CA/CPA qualified with demonstrated experience in a similar financial analyst role, preferably in an FMCG environment.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Extensive financial modelling experience that includes P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow projections.
Experience in digitalisation and automation with digital tools such as Power BI, and the ability to build reporting and dashboards for senior management.
Advanced PowerBI and Excel skills are essential, experience in SAP & NetSuite highly desirable.
