As a Financial Expert, your focus will be on coordination and hands-on support during key moments in the financial cycle:

• Process and Control Oversight: You will support the Head of Finance in supervising daily accounting processes and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures.
• Strategic Project Support: You will coordinate and/or support data collection and analysis required for specific strategic projects.
• Reporting and Transition: You will provide support for financial reporting and actively assist in the transition of business controls.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in finance and proven analytical skills, capable of working both hands-on and strategically:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent through experience) in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in an accounting and/or finance environment.
• Language Skills: Proficient business English, supplemented by a good knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
• Systems & Tools:
  • Expert command of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Good knowledge of the Themis platform is a requirement.
