You will lead a high-performing and sizable finance team of over 6 professionals. You will report directly to the regional head of finance, working alongside a group of specialists who value technical accuracy and proactive problem-solving.

- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of regional financial reporting, ensuring compliance with international and local statutory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a sizeable finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the Asia-Pacific region.
- Act as a key business partner to departmental heads, providing insightful financial analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Manage tax planning, treasury functions, and internal control optimisations across regional entities.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless annual audits.
skills & experience required.
- A degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline with a recognized CMA/CPA/CA qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity within a global trading or MNC environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and regional tax frameworks.
- Proven experience in managing and scaling sizable teams (8+ subordinates).
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for regional stakeholder management.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
