Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial records while providing the insights necessary to drive strategic decision-making.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.
Month-End & Year-End: Lead the closing processes, ensuring all journal entries and reconciliations are completed to a high standard.
Budgeting & Analysis: Support the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing detailed variance analysis to the leadership team.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to IFRS/GAAP standards and internal corporate policies.
Audit & Tax: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and ensure all tax obligations are met.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies within the finance function to enhance reporting accuracy.
We are looking for a candidate who is technically robust but also possesses the communication skills to partner with non-finance stakeholders.
Qualifications: Qualifed CPA/CA
Experience: Ideally 3–5 years of experience within a similar Financial Accounting role, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, or a related sector.
Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential. Experience with large-scale ERP systems is an advantage.
