The responsibilities of the Financial Analyst position are:

• Prepare and analyze comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal management and Group-level stakeholders.
• Support the entire budgeting and forecasting lifecycle, including detailed variance analysis and performance tracking to monitor business health.
• Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to provide data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Track and analyze key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, and profitability, translating data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Assist in the creation of impactful presentations and reports for both internal management and external parties.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure precise transaction recording, timely reconciliations, and full compliance with local tax and regulatory standards.
•  Serve as a key liaison with operational teams, gathering and interpreting both financial and operational data to inform reporting.
• Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis processes.

• 3-5 years in a similar role

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA) is highly desirable.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, planning, or management reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems is required, and knowledge of SAGE is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
