Reporting directly to the senior management you will play a pivotal role in the leadership team. You will lead a dedicated finance department, working closely with regional stakeholders to align local financial performance with global strategic goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Drive the full-spectrum finance function, including statutory reporting, management analysis, and strategic budgeting.
Provide high-level financial insights to support expansion and business decision-making.
Oversee inventory management and supply chain finance, ensuring optimal stock levels and working capital efficiency.
Manage the annual audit process and ensure rigorous internal controls and compliance with Hong Kong regulations.
Lead the forecasting and FP&A process to identify growth opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional heads in Sales and Supply Chain to improve operational efficiency.
skills & experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or ACCA qualification is essential.
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in a senior-level finance role.
Experience in FMCG and trading industry would be advantageous, though candidates from the Consumer Products sector will be considered.
Solid technical knowledge of inventory accounting and reporting.
Strong communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus).
Proven ability to influence Senior Management and drive commercial outcomes.
