• Oversee all financial commitments and the performance of IT services.
• Support the classification and allocation of costs across different entities.

Purchase Orders (PO) & Commitment Management

• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for IT activities.
• Ensure full traceability of financial commitments versus invoiced costs.
• Verify that contractual agreements are aligned with financial records.
• Optimize purchasing discipline and documentation standards.

The Essentials

Objective: Ensure financial transparency, accurate forecasting, and disciplined cost management for all IT activities.

Bridge Function: Act as a link between technical teams and finance stakeholders by translating operational realities into financial insights.

Priority: In the short term, the focus is on maintaining operational continuity of IT controlling. In the longer term, the role will contribute to improving processes, governance, and cost transparency within the organization.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Finance (Financial Controlling or Financial Management).

Expertise:

• Strong skills in budget management, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in contract management and analytical follow-up.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Languages: Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance.
