In this role, you will act as a crucial advisor, providing management and operations with objective insights and sharp performance monitoring.

Your responsibilities are highly diverse:

• Deeply analyze financial results (P&L and balance sheet) and proactively discuss them with regional management.
• Develop initiatives and optimize processes regarding work in progress and gross profit to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure an up-to-date SAP structure, prepare forecasts, and manage budgets using SAP BPC tools.
• Closely monitor the balance sheet to identify and neutralize potential financial risks at an early stage.
• Proudly represent the RSSC during local management meetings and serve as the central point of contact for the Group.

We are looking for a financial professional with a strong sense of ownership, and the drive to evolve alongside a fast-growing organization.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a finance-related field and have gained a solid first experience within finance (e.g., as a consultant, auditor, or financial controller). Experience with audits is a strong asset.
• You are an expert in Excel. Knowledge of SAP is a significant advantage to get up to speed quickly.
• Essential: expertise with BE GAAP & IFRS.
• You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possess the resilience to work under tight deadlines.
• You have excellent communication skills and effortlessly switch gears whether communicating with your direct finance colleagues or regional Managing Directors.
