Join a global engineering leader in Brussel for this full-time hybrid mission. As a financial business analyst, you transform financial governance through SAP SAC automation while boosting your expertise in a high-impact environment.

You play a pivotal role in financial governance by ensuring systems keep pace with complex organizational changes. Your mission focuses on eliminating manual interventions through advanced automation and harmonizing reporting structures across SAP, BFC, and SAC. You work at the heart of digital transformation, turning raw data into strategic instruments for a sustainable future.

key responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize the SAC database to meet evolving reporting requirements and organizational shifts.
- Troubleshoot system errors and perform rigorous checks to ensure reporting completeness and accuracy.
- Implement automated reconciliation processes and set up dedicated cockpits for financial database management.
- Drive process alignment by identifying inefficiencies and documenting automation opportunities for closing tasks.
- Coordinate technical adjustments for BFC/SAC alignment and support migration readiness for future ERP tools.
qualifications
- Master in Finance with an IT orientation or a Master in IT with strong finance and reporting expertise.
- Extensive experience of 7 years or more in finance systems, including BPC, SAP4H, BFC, and SAC.
- Proven track record in project management and the construction of financial database cockpits.
- Professional fluency in English, while a good command of French or Dutch represents a distinct advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex system misalignments and implement innovative technical solutions.
