- managing and mentoring a team of specialists,
- acting as an escalation point for complex customer issues,
- monitoring key performance indicators related to fleet operations,
- financial management (minimizing administrative costs),
- streamlining daily processes, including technical aspects, minimizing order processing times,
- preparing and presenting reports to management,
- supporting internal audits.
- 4 years of professional experience in customer service, finance, administration or logistics,
- experience in team management,
- experience in working with fleets,
- very good knowledge of English (min. B2),
- knowledge of additional foreign languages at B2 level will be an advantage,
- knowledge of SAP, CRM, Freshdesk, Salesforce
- excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
