About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team based in Willawong.
This is a dedicated Afternoon Shift position working 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM, supporting daily operations in a fast-paced logistics distribution facility.
Key Responsibilities
- High Reach Forklift Operation: Double-deep racking put-aways and stock retrieval.
- Counterbalance Forklift Operation: Safe maneuvering using twin-tyne attachments.
- Case picking and manual order handling using RF scanning technology.
- General warehousing duties, including pallet re-stacking, wrapping, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
- Strictly following site health, safety, and manual handling protocols.
What We Are Looking For
- Valid LF High Risk Work License (essential).
- Demonstrated experience with double-deep high reach and twin-tyne counterbalance equipment.
- Grade 2 warehousing experience (or equivalent competency).
- Ability to commit to regular 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM afternoon shifts.
- High attention to detail, physical fitness, and a safety-first mindset.
