Are you a true machinery master who can handle everything from a nimble Reach Truck to a heavy-hitting 16-tonne beast? We’re looking for a warehouse powerhouse to join our crew in Gillman. If you love variety, know your way around heavy gear, and don't mind rolling up your sleeves for a bit of physical hustle—this is your calling! 💪🔥

🔧 The Role: Command the Gear & Get Hands-On

This isn’t just riding around in circles all day—it’s a dynamic, high-energy gig where you’ll be putting a whole fleet of gear through its paces to keep the warehouse humming from the early hours! 🛠️⚡

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:

• Fleet Master: Operating serious machinery including Reach Trucks, Reach Stackers, Counterbalance, and 16-Tonne heavy-duty rigs 🚜💥
• Specialised Attachments: Handling Slip Sheet setups and Twin-Tyne attachments to double up efficiency and clear loads like a pro 📦🔀
• Heavy Freight & Containers: Precision loading and unloading of trucks and containers, no matter the size 🚚📦
• The Muscle: Rolling up your sleeves for manual labouring—pallet stacking, load prepping, and heavy lifting are all part of the daily ritual 🏋️‍♂️✨
• Rain or Shine: Operating outdoors in all weather conditions—because the cargo never stops moving! 🌧️☀️

📋 What You’ll Need in Your Kit:

• The Ticket: Current, valid LF forklift licence with a solid track record 📜✅
• The Experience: Hands-on experience with Slip Sheets, Reach Stackers, Reach Trucks, 16-Tonne rigs, Twin-Tyne attachments, and Counterbalance forklifts 🕹️🎯
• Recent Track Record: Solid background loading/unloading containers with recent warehouse/logistics experience (within the last 6 months) 🚛⚡
• The Muscle & Vibe: High level of physical fitness! Manual labouring is a key part of the job, so you need a "can-do" attitude toward physical work 💪🥳
• Reliability: Your own reliable car and driver’s licence to smash those 5:30 AM starts 🚘⏰
• Compliance: Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening) 🩺📉
