Forklift Hi-Reach Operator (LF) - Cold storage warehouse

Randstad is looking for experienced cold storage High Reach Forklift operators for ongoing casual roles, to start immediately at a well-known company located in Altona.

Monday to Friday - 6am - 2pm
Pay Rate: Starting at $35+
Cold Storage Warehouse

This is a casual role offering full-time hours, with the opportunity to transition to Full Time permanent employment for the right people.

Day to day duties:

• Operating forklift - High Reach
• Transport products and/or materials to designated areas
• Assist with inventory control and stock management
• Manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
• Assist with general warehouse operations
• Loading and unloading trucks/containers
• Following all safety procedures and site policies

What you’ll need:

• Valid LF forklift licence (essential)
• Proven forklift driving experience (high reach)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication and reliability
• Own transport (desirable, depending on location and shift times)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
• Positive, can-do attitude
• No visa restrictions - Able to work full time hours (Australian permanent residency or citizenship)
