An established automotive maintenance company is looking for an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator to join their warehouse team in Mississauga. This temp-to-perm position offers consistent, long-term work for a motivated and safety-focused individual.

Responsibilities
Operate Counterbalance (propane/electric), Reach, and Order Picker forklifts safely and efficiently.


Perform high-racking operations and handle heavy materials such as axles.


Use RF scanners for precise order picking and manually pick smaller items as needed.


Support manufacturing activities including pick and pack, shipping, and palletizing orders.


Maintain a workload balance of approximately 80% forklift operation and 20% general labour duties.



Qualifications
Valid external certifications for Reach, Counterbalance, and Order Picker forklifts.

Experience with high racking and handling automotive parts is an asset.

Proficient in using RF scanners with strong attention to detail and reliability.

Demonstrates a solid work ethic and consistent performance.
