This temporary opportunity, lasting approximately 3 to 5 months, is perfect for a hardworking individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and a "hands-on" approach to warehouse operations. In this role, you will be a key player in a small, efficient team of 11 employees, ensuring that production and distribution goals are met during the most critical time of the year. As a specialist in manufacturing & logistics, your day will be dynamic and physically engaging. You will spend approximately 40% of your time operating a propane forklift to move materials and 60% of your shift performing manual material handling, including order picking and general warehouse support.

Responsibilities
• Valid and current propane forklift license is mandatory.
• Excellent physical condition and the ability to perform heavy lifting regularly.
• Proven reliability and a strong work ethic, especially in high-pressure environments.
• Strong English communication skills (bilingualism is an asset).
• Ability to commute to the location for a 7:00 a.m. start time.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing & logistics or warehouse setting.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in operating propane-powered forklifts in tight or busy environments.
• High physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting safely.
• Strong manual dexterity for order picking and material sorting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to work effectively within a small team.
• Ability to work accurately with paper-based systems and manual documentation.
• Time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing & logistics peak season.
