Responsibilities
- Equipment Mastery: Operate various machinery (including Reach, Counterbalance, or Order Pickers) with safety and precision.
- Inventory Accuracy: Use RF scanners to track goods and maintain real-time inventory levels.
- Workflow Management: Ensure the seamless transport of materials from receiving bays to the manufacturing floor.
- Operational Excellence: Conduct daily equipment safety checks and maintain a hazard-free work zone.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: A solid background operating forklifts within a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Reliability: An impeccable attendance record and a “team-first” attitude.
- Physical Readiness: You are comfortable working in a high-density, active environment.
- Certification: A valid Forklift License is strongly preferred.
