key responsibilities
As a Junior Operations Assistant, you will:
- Prepare and distribute commercial offers to clients based on their specific requirements
- Follow up on pending offers to maintain strong client relationships and assist in closing process
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction & provide after sales support
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Manage incoming orders and coordinate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency
- Complete reports, ensuring all client information and records are updated
- Communicate with external partners and stakeholders for operations details and changes
- Ensure communications are efficient and the process is recorded
experience
Prior experience in a similar position in transportation methods (sea, road) Global mindset willi

qualifications
- Academic background in the field of Logistics and/or Shipping
- Excellent command of Greek and English language
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
