Randstad is currently seeking **4 motivated General Labourers** to join our client’s busy production team in Pickering. If you are reliable, hardworking, and looking for a long-term fit, we want to hear from you!
This is a straight shift opportunity with two different shift times available - Days are 6 AM - 5:30 PM Monday to Thursday and Nights are 5PM to 4:30AM Monday to Thursday with a $1.00 shift premium for the night shift.
Rate of pay for this role is $21 per hour, must have general labourer work experience and have steel toed safety boots and a great attitude

Responsibilities
WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING?
• Building pallets with large and heavy materials using equipment (no lifting)
• Ensuring safe operation of vaccum clamps
• Must have an eye for quality and ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain the cleanliness of work areas
Qualifications
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and in a team setting
• Excellent hand/eye coordination
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous general labourer / manufacturing experience is an asset
