Key Finance Tasks:

Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation.

Ensure timely month-end closing and preparation of financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

Handle journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations of balance sheet schedules.

Assist in statutory reporting, tax filing (e.g., GST, corporate income tax), and audit schedules.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and banks when required.

Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and corporate regulations.

Support with monthly payroll processing tasks

Other Tasks

Support with public tender administration topics

Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignments (e.g. occasional front desk coverage)

Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; SAP BusinessByDesign (ByD) experience is highly preferred.

5-7 years proven accounting experience, ideally with experience in public accounting / auditing

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team; experience working within a global team is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or accounting diploma

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Knowledge and experience with public tenders and Public Administration processes is preferred.
